Social production
People with disabilities still have a hard time in the regular labour market. We want to help them experience success at work, expand their skills and pursue an activity that is fun and fulfilling.
That is why we work closely with Lebenshilfe e. V.. The association is one of the most important professional self-help organisations in the region. Through its impulses and offers, people with impairments can realise their right to self-determined participation.
Purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing and administration are located at our head office, an inclusive company. People with and without impairments work together here. We complement each other's strengths every day and do not judge each other by our weaknesses.
Recycled materials
Upcycling is a form of reuse (recycling) of materials: Seemingly useless waste products are processed into new, high-quality products.
This saves energy and natural resources and has an individual touch per se.
For our products, we only use first-class used materials such as canvas, fire hoses, awning fabrics or PET bottles that would otherwise be disposed of. All our materials are carefully checked, sorted out and cleaned several times before we put them into production.
To find more fabrics for upcycling, we work closely with material researchers.
Our FAIR responsibility
We are a socially committed company. Our business model is fundamentally different from that of conventional companies.
We are not about optimising our own profits, but about maximising the positive impact on human, social and environmental aspects. We take care of the procurement of recycled materials, organise production by people with impairments and ensure that our products are marketed in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
We donate
A portion of every item sold goes to socially or ecologically committed non-profit organisations such as the Foundation against Racism, Viva con Agua or Amnesty International.
Our self-image
With our company and our products, we want to contribute to a better and more humane society. Not only do we produce socially and sustainably, we also care about important social issues. Therefore, we stand up against discrimination, racism and poverty among the elderly and promote positive, committed and future-oriented behaviour. Teamwork, trust, honesty and fun are lived in the Act2Impact team.

Our products are lovingly handmade or processed by people with disabilities - in both small and large quantities.
The articles are high-quality, individual, functional and robust and can therefore be used for a long time. We pay attention to sustainability and fairness from material sourcing to production and shipping.
